How to make:
Step 1. Bring water to a boil in the pot over the stove. Add the herbs. Step 2. Allow the herbs to steep for 5 minutes, or until the tea reaches the strength you prefer. Step 3. Sweeten, if desired, using honey or sugar. Step 4. Allow the tea to cool, then strain into a pitcher and chill for several hours. |
